Refund policy

All Sales Final. All sales of original artwork are final. Due to the unique and fragile nature of these pieces, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or "change of mind" refunds once the shipping process has begun.

Damages in Transit We take extreme care in our crating process; however, if an item is damaged during transit, please contact us at everett191145@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include photographic evidence of the external packaging and the artwork so we can initiate an insurance claim on your behalf.

Pursuant to Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. As each piece is a unique, one-of-a-kind original artwork, all sales are final.
